About Me

I'm Monica, the artist behind Lil Bits of Mona. I've called Texas home for almost my entire life and wouldn't have it any other way!

I'm a former first grade and kinder teacher turned small business owner. I started crafting with my daughter and never stopped.

I can be found at local vendor events, artist showcases, and art festivals around the DFW area. My work is also displayed and available for purchase at local area businesses.

I design and create string art signs, which can be customized and personalized - perfect for decor enthusiasts or for gift giving to loved ones.

My DIY kits include all of the materials needed to create a completed sign and are great for ages 8-108. The kits range from beginner to advanced and take anywhere from 1-3 hours to complete.

I enjoy teaching DIY workshops to ladies groups, networking events, and at local spots in the DFW area. The participants leave with a completed sign and a happy heart.
